    Irvine Valley sophomore pitcher John Stevens is headed to NCAA Division II Cal State San Marcos. Stevens was named second team all-Orange Empire Conference this past season and helped the Lasers to the playoffs.

    July 28, 2017
    Irvine Valley sophomore Cole Joy has signed with Long Beach State. Joy hit a team-best .368 with three home runs and 21 RBI for the Lasers this past season. He was named first team all-Orange Empire Conference.
  • Baseball player Austin Reynolds signs with Concordia
    July 26, 2017
    Irvine Valley right-handed pitcher Austin Reynolds has signed with NCAA Division II Concordia in Irvine. Reynolds made 13 starts, pitched 86.1 innings and had a record of 5-5 overall for Irvine Valley during the 2017 season.
  • Former Irvine Valley star Lucas Tancas playing in the minors

    Lucas Tancas was drafted last month by the Pittsburg Pirates and is playing for the Class A West Virginia Black Bears. He helped lead the Lasers to a 23-18 overall record and a Super Regional Playoff appearance in 2015.
  • Baseball player Robbie Espinosa signs with CSU-Pueblo

    Robbie Espinosa, a sophomore first baseman and designated hitter, has signed with NCAA Division 2 Colorado State University-Pueblo. Espinosa helped Irvine Valley make the Southern California Regional playoffs in 2015 and 2017.
