Irvine Valley freshman forward Lance Coleman II was named first team all-Orange Empire Conference and sophomore post player Zach Harvey was picked to the second team by the end of the year coaches meeting last week.
Irvine Valley finished with a record of 14-14 overall and made the Southern California Regional Playoffs this season.
Coleman led the Lasers, averaging 18.2 points per game and 7.0 rebounds per game. He shot 44.9 percent from the field, 38.4 percent from three-point range and 84.3 percent from the free throw line.
Coleman was tops on the team in three-pointers made with 68.
His points per game average ranked second in the conference and 26th in the state and his rebound per game average was fourth in the conference.
Coleman ranked first in the conference in total points with 527 and in free throw percentage. His point total was 11th in the state.
Coleman scored in double figures in 23 of 28 games and had 20 points or more in 13 games. He scored a season-high 32 points in Irvine Valley's 85-81 win over LA Valley on Dec. 30.
He had 10 or more rebounds in five games with season-highs of 13 twice (at Cypress on Jan. 13 and at Orange Coast on Jan. 18).
Zach Harvey averaged 7.0 points and 5.1 rebounds this season for the Lasers. He shot a team-best 51.9 percent from the field and also led the team in blocked shots with 31.
He scored in double figures in six contests with a season-best 17 points against El Camino on Nov. 23. Harvey had 15 points in Irvine Valley's 71-68 win over South Pudget Sound in the Monterey Tournament on Dec. 2.
Harvey grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds in Irvine Valley's game at Cypress on Jan. 13.
