The California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association recently named its 2025 All-Academic Team.
Players had to be nominated by their head coach and meet the criteria established by the Association for inclusion on the team.
Irvine Valley had four players selected from its 2024-25 squad.
They were freshman point guard Allen Moser, sophomore guard Ammon Alla , freshman guard Sam Meza-Tallada and freshman forward Garrett Trayer.
Trayer had a 3.88 grade point average, Allan came in with a 3.79 GPA, Moser had a 3.74 GPA and Meza-Tallada finished with a 3.59 GPA.
Selections will receive a certificate from the Association.
Meza-Tallada and Trayer are part of the 2025-26 IVC team.
